No refunds on custom work.  Any decal ruined in mailing must be returned to receive a refund.  If purchasing by check go to page Rates & Services on the bottom of the page is our address.  Any orders purchased by check will be mailed after check clears the bank unless you are a regular customer.  If purchasing thorough PayPal item will be sent immediately.
